TD: Shaper (inspired by magikot)

A shaper teaching deck should probably include SMC, because it's such a basic card for shaper. I don't see the point in using Special Order instead. Especially as Chaos, where MU is even less of a concern for SMC. It may have some synergy with Modded, but it doesn't really teach people how shapers usually operate.

@KramsSelf-modifying Code would have been a bit OP for the learning games, but I will definitely include it in the next iteration of this, as the basic concepts have been well understood (and enjoyed) by both "students" :-).

Then it will probably be -3 Special Order +3 Self-modifying Code -1 Gordian Blade +1 Clone Chip (just to "demo" Shaper recursion).
