Tried a similar shell in Omar Keung: Conspiracy Theorist, but finding it works better with Quetzal.

Use Obelus with Account Siphon and Vamp to get tags to increase your handsize to protect from damage, and power card draw with Medium, with Demolition Run to access more cards.
