Hello,
Why SOLTINBANK? It is a word game with New Angeles Sol: Your News, bank and acrobat in French.
I mainly played this deck on Jinteki.net , and it is super fun to play.
What a pleasure to see the runner lose credits on ices, poor poor runner.
Scarcity of Resources significantly impoverishes the runner and in case, Predictive Algorithm also prevents theft of agendas.
