Bring Your Own Points

adran06 52

A weird deck inspired by another deck of the same name that I saw on here (I lost the link but I'm sure its still around here somewhere).

Basic idea is to set up fast and wait for the moment to strike. You can use Fan Site/Chela to get some easy points, but probably more often you'll try to wait for an opportunity as set up by Index or revealed by Find the Truth. When that opportunity happens, you strike for "Freedom Through Equality" and Mad Dash, plus Notoriety if you happen to also have some extra clicks. This can let you get anywhere from 4 to 6 points in a single turn, possibly more if you Indexed and got lucky. You can also take any weak agendas stolen and upgrade them if the Corp never scores anything to set off Fan Site.

Otherwise, Fan Site/Chela can be used to help reduce the Corp's points by forcing them to sacrifice what they DO have so you don't WIN, at least until you can strike a second time. Not sure if there's enough credit/draw fuel in the deck (probably not), but it's a fun little toy. Let me know what you think!

Looks like a fun deck! Sniping that agenda then mad dashing it other wise trying to bring some of your own agendas. I'm intrigued to as why you picked Darwin for the breaker (I get not Eater for the dash) but I've always found Darwin to get purged when it gets to a decent strength

I want to find something better than Darwin, but its hard to find a breaker that works on anything.

@adran06 Atman + Wyrm for maximum jank? Play a Syfr as well while you are it. You are not lacking for influence.

@Cpt_niceIs that the only real option? I'd prefer to not make the deck much bigger, and to make that reasonable I'd probably end up having 2 copies each of Atman and Wyrm,

Once Mopus is down you can no longer install Hyperdriver. Perhaps Astrolabe has a spot?

To be honest if you are hellbent on using only one breaker, I think just sucking it up and playing Crypsis instead of Darwin is likely better. Still sucks though.

Would Mammon work as a "break everything" breaker? It's lighter on influence and breaks whatever you you need it to (that isn't anti-AI). It requires total knowledge of the corp's ICE to play efficiently but you can still run pretty safely with it if you just load up on counters on your running turns.
