Anoxia: damage to the brain caused by lack of Oxygen. Because you, the runner, are breathing Helium 3.

This deck is very simple. You get lots of credits. You fire Viktor 2.0 - either by itself or by Wormhole or Orion - and place a power counter on it. Then you score Helium 3, and put two more power counters on it. Then you play 24/7 News Cycle. This should come off pretty easily against most runners, and it's pretty fast.

I'm loath to share this deck with you, as it will undoubtably take over Netrunner completely. It's been an open secret for some time that Helium 3 is a mandatory 3 of in any competitive deck. Very few runners can deal with Docklands Crackdown control but this makes Crackdown Control look like nothing.

I haven't tested this deck, because it would be unethical to play anything so brutal

I feel like you really ought to have O2 Shortage in triplicate if you are playing a deck with this name. Would undoubtedly also further skyrocket the deck's already-lethal competitive potency.
