This is mainly based on Malicemoder's "LEO not fully constructed".

I went 2-0-1 with this at the Philippines Megacity and 1-2 at a Whimsy CTK.

Game plan: If you get Seamless and a 2-point Agenda early, rush for points. If not, protect your central servers, slowly build up a scoring server and wait until you draw a Seamless or Holo Man.

Mulligan plan: Hedge Fund, Hagen or Flyswatter for the remote, Seamless Launch, Offworld Office or Architect Deployment Test, Bumi 1.0 or Drafter for one of your centrals

I decided to play this ID because it has the same name as my dog.
