Big mem Haley

The basic idea is to install sage and savant. They're expensive but you don't have to pay to boost if you install a bunch of mem chips. e3 can make breaking multi-sub ice cheaper (pay 2 for the first and then 1 each additional). There's alot to install so Haley seemed like the best choice.

It seemed like burst economy was the best option with all the stuff I'm installing I need money fast so I'm using the old pre-paid Kate economy package.
