20 Apr 2014 pleaix uhm.. how do you plan to score your Nisei's and first medical Breakthrough ? Rush them out? Consider replacing nisei with NAPD Contract?
20 Apr 2014 bubo `@plealx:` Typically in a Plan B - Mushin strategy, your first agenda will be scored via Plan B. In this case, all that has to happen is first Agenda attempt is a Plan B installed via Mushin no Shin. If it's the first Medical Breakthrough or a Nisei, then it's Mushin and one advance for 4 total.
