Back when I used to play Duel Masters, hand denial decks were the most annoying, unfun and powerful decks in existence. This is why I really dislike the notion of random discard in Netrunner. Of course because of that I decided to make a deck like that of my own.

Maw, Alice in Wonderland and Hacktivist Meeting are all focused on throwing out as much of your opponent's hand into the bin as possible. Bhagat also applies R&D milling pressure because that's even more fun. Maw combos atrociously with Ananas Informant which provides you with insane econ.

I played just a few games with this so far and I can say it's quite powerful.

Nice. No spot for Wantons? They seem like they would be at home here.

I haven't considered Wantons but perhaps one would fit. I don't really know what to cut for it though.

I would almost consider archives interface an auto include because of how easy it is for jinteki to spoil alice's ability with shocks or other archives traps...I really like the deck though.

@Spoonfunk Oh, yeah, I started running Archives Interface pretty much right after I published this :P

Further adjustments include cutting 3 Career Fairs for 3 Employee Strikes.
