Handsome Jack 1630

Slight variation on Valranoth's Oaktown News deck. I tweaked it a little, swapping out some of the ICE and replacing Targeted Marketing with Scarcity of Resources. The premise is largely the same, but I feel Scarcity slows down the runner quite a bit more than Targeted, even if it doesn't directly GAIN you money. See his deck for more strategy.

Do you have a reason behind dropping the 1x Friends in High Places? I was using it to recover upgrades in case of the runner trashing them early.

If you found that you don't need it, you can drop 1x Reeducation for 1x Global Food Initiative to soften your agenda density.

For some reason I have a dislike for FiHP. Not because it isn't powerful, but because for some reason It feels like a dead card. I replace the things, which they run and trash. That's just my preference though. Absolutely right on the agenda swap.
