It's simple, you draw cards, you discard doubles. Play hostage/drug dealer early game, rip off 2 power naps in the mid game to install some breakers, then land the 24 credit power nap and go to town on HQ. Rip back power naps and tech cards and dig for victory.

All of the doubles actually have some use depending on the match up, so don't be afraid to rip back a few of the relevant ones if you need to.

If you know they are on Ark Lockdown, better save a Power Nap.

Chop out the drug dealers once you've drawn your deck so you don't have to pay 3c/turn

Wouldn't something like Independent Thinking be better, since you can get rid off all 3 drug dealers at once?

That's a good idea. With Chop Bot you can parse it out over several turns. I've also noticed in my playthroughs that i've had some hand size problems, getting a tough draw and holding on to a lot of programs and rip deals rather than doubles. Chop bot gives you something to play for very cheap and can be removed from your hand, while Independent Thinking could only be played when you had 3 cards left. Bit less flexible b/c you may have 2, 4 or 5 cards. Maybe you hit a power nap with 8 cards left in deck, get ~17 - 20 credits, then pay the dealers 2 / 1 over the next two turns until they are gone. Ultimately, you do want to draw the whole deck
