Score behind a boatload of empowered ice, or a 10-strength Ice Wall, and do a flashy finisher with Red Planet Couriers. Or, hilariously, use RPC to turn Ice Wall into a 20+ pointer late-game.

Dedication Ceremony only works on face-up cards, so if you want to use it on ice, you can't use it on space ice, and not on unrezzed advancable ice

It will work on Anson Rose, though, and you can use it to turn a regular old Hortum into super Hortum, all for only one credit.

Plus, those counters can still be thrown around by Red Planet Couriers.
