Revolution Queen

Rotation, Core 2.0 and fabled Ban List.

Saw this on jinteki, and since she's one of my favorite IDs, decided to brainstorm a little.

Create a sort of lock through credits or cards. Hemorrhage can fire every turn after runs you already wanted to make (Maw, Bhagat, Lamprey, face check to force the corp to spend credits).

The ultimate rig of Rubicon Switch, Xanadu, Keros Mcintyre and (for richer corps) Hernando Cortez means every turn the Corp can spend 2 or more credits rezzing an ice, while for its base cost (Rubicon ignores Xanadu), you derez it, gaining 2$.

This sort of Runner deck can spiral if left unchecked, but constant purging puts the Corp behind, since they can suffer another Rubicon the next turn.

I want at least 2 Maw, but I have no idea what to remove. There are a few cards I'd like to try out: Rebirth (Alice!), Wanton Destruction, Itinerant Protesters...
