So. My first deck concept that I am going to iterate on and try playing more where I can! Built around the upcoming MWL+rotation in mind. The concept is pretty straightforward:

  1. The runner economy is a bit rougher now. What if we tax it hard?
  2. Turtle likes to run around a lot. What if we make that hard on them?

So the entire goal is to make running/set-up expensive enough for the Runner that we can score agendas behind our glacier. Since part of our "make running expensive" will include Data Ravens, we'll include Hard-Hitting News/BOOM! as as a secondary win condition.

This deck has too few ads. I would drop Biased Reporting for Launch Campaign. You should also consider playing Marilyn Campaign. Less influence than Adonis, same trash cost and almost the same return. And, not unimportantly, it shuffles itself back into R&D, which is great now that Jackson and FIHP are gone.

Other than that, good deck and potentially very strong in the new format.

Was just thinking, if you swap out the 3 Adonis for Marilyn, you have 3 influence to spend on Consulting Visit. This way you can tutor both HHN and Boom, or even Scarcity if the situation calls for it.

Hrm. I like the suggestions! I am going to iterate off of that and give it some testing. I think replacing Launch Campaign with Biased Reporting is a good call - if things are going well, the Runner is often too poor to get a glut of Resources or the like. I've been hitting games where you only get 2 credits off it... which isn't fantastic.

Biased is potentially huge, but sort of unreliable. In operation based NBN it is a good include now we lost Sweeps Weeks but as Spark you want assets. I dont even run Hedge Fund in my Spark deck, although that card is definitely a solid include even in asset decks and I would not suggest to drop it.
