The Honorable Toshiyuki (aka ICE is for Suckers)

I swear I wasn't drunk when I built this deck.

I wanted to build a deck around Toshiyuki. I'm positive it won't work, but you can be damn sure I'm going to try it.

The idea being that just about everything in the deck can be swapped out with Toshi for your benefit - either to: 1. deal damage 2. score agendas out of hand on the runners turn (Plan B). 3. throw down an NAPD when they can't score it. 4. throw down a fetal when you want them to score it. 5. throw down anything

Isabel is there to get failed installs back into your hand.

Also, no ICE! Because ICE is for suckers.

Couple Power Shutdowns to kill Keyholes or anything that makes your Jinteki craziness less fun.
