Handsome Jack 1631

Experimental Asa build that aims to hybrid FA/Glacier while getting discounts on everything via The Root. Testing has been going fairly well, but I'm still tweaking and suggestions are appreciated.

31 Dec 2017 esutter479 My 2 cents - maybe +1 ICE (SAB or Architect) for -1 Asset/Upgrade/Operation? I'm really not sure which of the latter to minus though...cuz things seem very well balanced here. :) I love Lateral Growth, however, and if ICE isn't the issue, then maybe go -1 Biotic Labor for +1 Lateral.
31 Dec 2017 PyWiz Advanced Assembly Lines might be useful as a remote bait that also lets you install Calibration Testing on their turn if they don't run it. Then you can score a PV / Pet Project from hand the next turn. On that note, I'm not sure I get how Ikwah Project fits in here. What's the plan to score those?
