Use SEA Source to tag the runner, then drain their credits with Closed Accounts and return their expensive cards to their hand with Self-Growth Program. While the runner rebuilds their rig you can use this time to score agendas. I'm not certain about the ice, economy, or agenda choices in this deck.

The choices seem fine, at first glance. I'll have to test this to find out. :) May need Stinson x2 though to really secure traces and scoring windows...who knows.
