Accelerated Jinja Test v1.1

So what's the plan?

Draw ice, reveal it and slap it down with Jinja City Grid. Ultraviolet Clearance is insane if you have Jinja City Grid up and running, given perfect draw it reads "Gain 10 (net 4) credits, install 4 ice (potentially for free), then install 1 other card. Money is obviously an issue so most of the (22) influence is on 3 Bryan Stinson and 3 Economic Warfare, because now after a run they need to have 10 credits or you Stinson + Ultraviolet.

I'm still working on the ice suite as it needs further adapting.
