Resource Based Warfare (Sneaky Hayley)

SaltySalamander 26

After a long break of Netrunner, I decided to come back and try to build a deck that I know how to play and that can stand a chance against the "current" meta game (get it... because there are lots of currents). The old deck I used before my break was an Ayala deck that would use Yog, Egrets, and personal workshop to create a Yog that could break into any server for free. I decided to create a stealth deck to incorporate this idea, while using Hayley to get a really fast setup and be able to keep up with faster decks such as Titan, and some NBN decks. The introduction of Cyberdelia really helps this deck because it allows for not only some helpful economic stability, but also another way to get memory, which is crucial for playing cards such as Cloak and Equivocation. I also decided to incorporate some nice Hayley synergy cards such as Cache, Fan Sites, and Artist Colony. The economy consists of early Pro-Cos, Aesopsing cards such as Daily Casts (when it is nearly done), Cache, and unused Fan Sites. Rebirth is ran for the switch into Smoke, a really important ID for any stealth. This switch is not necessary, but is useful for the late game (whenever you are finished utilizing Hayley's ability. Now here is a list of TLDR card importance

Rebirth: Useful for swapping to Smoke later in the game

Aesops Pawnshop: Nice source of economy (most look for selling cache, low charged Daily Casts and Ghost Runners, and Caches

Equivocation: A really good method of multiaccess and lets you hammer RND more than once per turn

Professional Contacts: Main source of economy and draw. An all around great engine

Mulligan Priority: 1. Personal Contacts 2. Another economy source such as Daily Casts, Aesop's or Cache 3. Beth Kilrain-Chang is really nice for early game 4. Find the truth is helpful for making sure when to run RND through its ability

Self-Modyfing Code needs to be there, even if it's just to tutor Misdirection in case of tags.
