Use sentries and tag effects (even click to trash resources is good) to keep the runner poor. Either they ignore your econ due to the trash costs, or they go broke trashing them.

Either way what cash they do have will be spent breaking ice to steal the agenda, which is protected by an Ash, who will either make them spend ALL of their credits to steal (let them beat Ash's trace) if you have midseasons in hand. Once midseasons goes off, you should be able to bring the pain from psycho, closed accounts, etc.

With no way to tutor for Midseason, it'd be better to play 2. Howard can offset the penalty of drawing one too early.

I normally don't want to draw 2 over the course of the game. Midseaonsons doesn't have to be the win condition, and I normally dig a lot with jackson anyway, since its easier to score an astro and start the chain early, while the economies are reletively close. Starting the chain is more important than midseasons, which is a late game play. Certainly card #50 is midseasons, but the taxation chunk of the deck feels more important.
