A typical Jinteki obfuscation deck,

Play all ice on R&D and HQ, it's really just there to annoy the runner. Play out all the Agenda's and Assets nice and flat with 2 adv counters on each.

Use Howard to recur some traps and save agenda's thrown in the trash if you get a bad draw.

I've not played this deck yet, so your mileage may vary.
