ICE is a crutch for bad players

I win about twice as often as I lose with this thing, but the winrate's not important. What's important is that piloting this deck automatically makes you smarter than every other person in the (chat)room. Make plays and smash without protection like my neighbor. Do insane things like slapping down an agenda in an otherwise empty remote and leaving it there for the entire game. Take every opportunity to goad opponents into running centrals. If you're not putting Mwanza City Grid onto your HQ, then R&D, as soon as you find them and rezzing at the earliest opportunity, you're doing it wrong. If they find an agenda, who cares? Take your newfound money, find your Punitive Counterstrikes, and hunt them down. Nearly half the agendas will soften them up for you, the other half will help you find your tools, and the other one will give you another extra bit of money I guess. The ID just adds to the sudden damage spike, sometimes helps tip it over the edge.

Make sure to mock their poor, useless fracters, decoders, and killers for not having a valid target. If they refuse to take all this free access, force them to with Kitsune and An Offer They Can't Refuse. The latter will help you score out with 2 agendas. If you manage to make them multiaccess 3 Snares out of hand, you've won, even if they've somehow avoided being flatlined. A run like that is incredibly demoralizing, and they will likely never make another run, ever, including in future games.

This deck is my favorite creation to play on Jinteki.net. Play fast and risky, and never stop swagging on runners.
