Casual MaxX Core set + Revised core set + C&C + O&C

NinjaLoutre 13

This is my first casual runner deck.

I made it to play against a friend who only owns the core set + O&C + Terminal Directive.

We both came from MTG and play A:N mostly for fun.

Nothing new here, the idea is to abuse of MaxX's id with cards like Retrieval Run, Déjà Vu, Clone Chip, Levy AR Lab Access or Same Old Thing.

For the breakers, I run :

-Eater => it goes well with Forked, Knifed, Spooned, Retrieval Run and Wanton Destruction.

-Femme Fatale => discount at 3 creds with Retrieval Run and can bypass wathever you want.

-Mimic => it can deal with small strenght sentries in early game and is powered up with the use of Datasucker in mid and late game.

-Morning Star => a brutal fracter with a cost of 3 because of Retrieval Run

-Yog.0 => same thing as mentionned previously, who wants to pay 5 creds when you can have it for 3 (plus, you can break subroutines for free) ?

Last but not least, I run 2 copies of Datasucker and 3 copies of Parasite for the tricks with the fix strenghts breakers.

Chop Bot 3000 and Aesop's Pawnshop are here to deal with Stim Dealer because Amped Up already gives us a brain damage.

IMHO, the weakness of the deck is its economy since the only cards I run which "gives me money" are Sure Gamble, Retrieval Run (for the discount), Armitage Codebusting and Spinal Modem. I would love to include 2 or 3 copies of Day Job but there was no room left ...

I had no restrictions building this excepting the pool of cards (1 copy of the Core set, 1 copy of the Revised Core and the 2 deluxes Creation & Control + Order & Chaos).

Suggestions and feedbacks are welcome.

Keep running and have fun !

PS: you'll excuse my English since it's not my native language ^^

I hope your friend doesn't play Skorpios Defense Systems: Persuasive Power or Hunter Seeker (both from TD) since you have no solutions for either!

I'd suggest finding a slot for Sacrificial Construct if that becomes a problem for you.

I must agree that Sacrificial Construct is a good idea but he only plays with Argus Security: Protection Guaranteed for the moment.

He's a beginner in DB with A:N and prefers to play the SEA/Scorched combo in his deck rather than cards like Hunter Seeker.

Maybe I'll try to find room to include one or two copies of Sacrificial Construct if he decides to play Skorpios Defense Systems: Persuasive Power with Hunter Seeker

Thank you for the advice btw ! :)
