Built to take advantage of a couple of synergies. Mental Health Clinic + sweeps week. And harmony medtechs ability to field just 6 3 pointers in a 44 card deck along with a full 3 copies of shi-kyu. Changes: added power shutdown and swapped trap suite around. need to put pressure on the runner early-mid game.

More changes: dropped the sweeps week package as it seemed counter-intuitive with the shi-kyus. Was often making it too expensive to let me force them to take a -1 pointer. Feel like the deck needs to behave quite aggressively, it needs to score a 3 pointer early before the runner is settled, then you can force them into bad plays.
