Something Wicked This Way Comes

Pantacruel 81

That creeping feeling in the back of your neck, that your every moment is fed into some super AI, manipulating each aspect of your life... It's real and it is crowdfunded.

Basic game plan is keep archives clean with #Archive Interface and #Prey, so you can always get your #Crowdfunding back, and your #Reboot safely off.

The rest of the time is just shenanigans with #Assimilator flipping over Kati for money, Jones for a 5th click, your breakers (except Corroder)

And of course one Apocalypse and DDos, because who dosen't feel threatened? Just be carefull to hold back on Apoc in the middle to late game, as the tempo hit may be worse for you than for the corp.

If any one wants to try this out, I would love to see if Apex can finally climb to the top of the pyramid.

So I was having trouble getting the breakers out, and really finding the DDos to be a usefull but often unnecessary card. So I replaced it with Self-modifying Code. And SMC synergies nicely with Wasteland and Reaver.

What is Kati and Rachel for if you can't install them? Or did I somehow misunderstand this ID?

@Aramaki Assimilator can turn them faceup, although it's a SUPER slow way to make money with Kati. I think Rachel is almost certainly better as a secon copy of The Turning Wheel, just so the deck can find a win condition more easily.

@Saan So yes you explanation is correct. Assimilator does the tricky dick combo. But it was way too slow and not really necessary to get +1 click in the game.

I have made some significant modifications to the deck and will publish it as an evolved version. Right now I am playing around between Corroder or Laamb.

As for Kati, she is slow but is great as a fall back position if you get locked out of servers in the middle to late game, or if your Crowdfunding get RFG.
