Winning HB: AoT Fair Offer Surveyor SC19 2

Took down an 11-person Pubrunner with this on December 8th. Beat Gnat and MaxX, and timed tie against Adam. I was first inspired by a UK deck (I think) used in a Team Tournament (on the Counter Surveillance channel, I believe) that used Echo Chamber, but I found that the Offer is less influence, takes less clicks, can give you the AoT ability on your turn, and is generally more fun; the key is to put enough brain damage or fairchildren on R&D or HQ when you make the offer. Crisium was because I expected more Apocalypse (and I saw 0), it could be the third Surveyor and another BLC.
