Trashback Chimp

Trashback geist = ridiculous recurrence if you run often. But running often gets you tagged and bagged. This is my game plan against it.

Key plays

  1. Flip Switch is your main tag defense. Use its jackout option to get Bravado creds early.
  2. Ch-Imp combo: trash cards via imp and recur it via chips. Usually I'm fishing for bad operations in HQ, hence Embezzle is the backup.
  3. Draw engine is the MasterLoop, and is also a reliable way to power the Back.
  4. Simulchip allows means you can just trash regular programs out of hand and recur them cheaply. Using 1 Abagnale to bypass multiple ice is fun! Not worrying about SDS is fun!

Other mentions

Most of it is traditional geist = SpyCams to track R&D, get rich on Tech cards.

Qua breaker suite, between Grappling Hook and Boomerang, there's not much that should trouble you - barring spiders. Cloud breakers help with economy, draw, and early game breaking. Regular breakers are there for late game when you are super rich.

Flex slot is Hunting Grounds - in the current meta there's more than enough ice to make this worth it, and it has a ability you can trigger on the corp's turn for dmg defense.

Strategy

Against tag corps, stay above 7 creds AND hold off running until you can trash key operations out of HQ (worth it if they are on 4 cards or less). Against asset spam, let them get rich, set up for hq trashing/r&d tracking - only then can you block them, and get better. Against jinteki, avoid losing all your cards before you can set up recurrence via Loops. Otherwise should be no issue. Most other corps imho should worry when they face this.
