Misdirect this!

My take on adquen's False Lead Gagarin deck (https://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/58728/false-lead-gagarin-1st-domecon-2020-7-0-). The core concept is the same, but I changed a couple things around. The most influential change is the addition of MCA Austerity Policy and a full set of 3 Tech Startups to get it. This means that you can still combo off on pesky shapers who think they're safe just because they ran a Misdirection, as long as you either draw MCA or can stick a Tech Startup in a remote. Against non-Shapers, you can use it as sort of a bad False Lead, but instead of landing a guaranteed kill with BOOM!, you drop a The All-Seeing I. Alternatively, just install it and rez it as run bait, it's as good as an IAA'd SSL for that, albeit slower but less risky. The other changes are mostly swapping around the ratios of different cards. I also took out Hostile Takeover, both so I could use the aforementioned All-Seeing I and also because bad pub is really bad in Gagarin. I also added Scarcity because a lot of runners right now rely fairly heavily on resource economy, and Scarcity really cripples that early, while also making for great run bait. Against a resource-heavy runner, Scarcity means they will have to run and steal an agenda before they get any economy up, or it ends up costing them lots of credits and slowing them down a lot. If you have any changes, feel free to suggest them!

Always considered All Seeing I, though with all the Val, seemed unlikely it ever fired. Did you think of slotting Roughneck Repair Squad? I love seeing ASI though!

I haven't actually been seeing tons and tons of val. If you've ran into a lot of val, here are the changes I'd suggest:

-1 CST -1 Border Control -1 ASI -1 Tech Startup or Scarcity depending on meta

+1 RRS +1 Closed Account +2 Hostile Takeover
