People keep saying that fair midrange decks don't exist and don't have places in metas and then they keep being proven wrong! This is a great list that I brought to a 3-0 finish in Brescia Megacity and still bubbled out with because people are learning to deckbuild in a way that beats Seb.

Speaking of, this is a list that is made to crush seb. This was the original goal behind it, with the 20 ice and 2x Transport Monopoly serving this purpose beautifully. You should have no problems against the guy. Then a lot of other things, from Pharos to Scapenet to the 1-of Measured Response, were slowly tweaked in to fix our problems with reg crim. The result is a deck that I feel very confident in and I would comfortably play again at an event sometime soon.

Playing Nuvem is really strange when you're used to Ob, because both the higher deck size and the constant milling make for very volatile and inconsistent gameplay. Your plan is pretty consistent but what ice you draw in each game is going to vary a lot. Ultimately what you end up doing is often the same and that is scoring a The Basalt Spire behind a few ice and then just playing a normal PD game with the ability to recur Seamless Launch as much as you need to. You can stack remotes pretty high and you can make big barriers if needed; this is not enough to prevent rich runners from getting in sometimes, but you have assets and small agendas to bait them in and you don't ever need to advance anything with enough seamlesses. Transport Monopoly prevents Deep Dive, Transfer of Wealth and Privileged Access, and a couple more things. People are sleeping on it a bit, it is a card that solves matchups we previously solved with more widely applicable cards, so it feels a little bad to have to specifically include it but we're happy to do it to win games.

Plutus is there to ensure some very good long games, but you can entirely do without it, if you don't ever rez one you can still scrape together the money to score out comfortably, and when drawn late it will just be a remote run bait.

Measured Response was included to kill reg crim and it did very good things on the day. Having more copies would needlessly compromise our consistency, but Basalt makes 1x do a lot of work, sometimes still letting us chain multiples.

Mycoweb is helping me find my ice! Jinteki struggles with not having the right subroutines for this and sometimes not having ice in archives to make this work. Nuvem can very easily solve all of these problems at once and also really benefits from the ability to stack up.

Key Performance Indicators will sometimes be a flood fix but mostly just builds up. It is the most frequent spin recur in the mid-late game.

Overall this list feels very optimizable, we kept fixing things up until last minute, but the concept is great and solid and i see this as close enough to tier 1. @alpha played this to just a 1-2 record due to DD Sable and Esa getting the goods in early, but had a similar build with a cheeky Business As Usual to torture Audrey.

It's on Plubo. It's literally on Prede. It's on Emdom with ads. It's literally on Wimchy. You can probably find it on Spindo. Dude it's on Greenmeme. It's a Transpo original. It's on Ploob. You can watch it on Ploob. You can go to Ploob and watch it. Log onto Ploob right now. Go to Ploob. Dive into Ploob. You can Ploob it. It's on Ploob. Ploob has it for you. Ploob has it for you.
