Overview

Why are we not seeing Cold Site Server with Anoetic Void?

The basic plan is to rush your start like all good PD players do, then pivot to a glacier to finish the game with your Cold Void Lockdown.

The Draw

You want to get those first couple scores as quick as you can, so use the Rashida Jaheem, Sprint, and Spin Doctor to get you there.

The Tech

A lot of Apocalypse flying around, and with good reason, so both Crisium Grid and Cold Site Server help with that.

Also in this Botulus day in age I went with 3x Cyberdex Sandbox and 2x Offworld Office rather than the reverse.

NEXT Activation Command is in there because I liked it in j4's deck. This could easily be 2x Red Level Clearance.

The Protection

Finish the game with an Ikawah Project with a Cold Site Server and Anoetic Void. Essentially, the Cold Site Server just replaces the Manegarm Skunkworks in most of these lists. With a single counter on the Cold Site Server they essentially cannot steal the Ikawah Project with you only having to activate the Anoetic Void a single time. Cold Site Server activates on every run, not just the first.

If you want to get really spicy, then throw the Manegarm Skunkworks in for the ride.
