I don't know if this will work. I am worried I could get a bad card draw and be too poor to rez the ice I need.

You can shore up your draw by having 3 rashida and 3 planogram. Money can be fixed up by running 3 bellona, 3 sandbox, and 3 offworld office. Your ice are actually pretty cheap all told. You could swap Bloom for surveyor or afshar, trade the whitespaces for 1 tollbooth and the 3rd popup window, and maybe another funhouse.

Those small changes should square things out. Theres other changes I'd make, but start there.
