[throwback] DLR gnat

I'm going to be (trying to) publishing a list a day for two weeks, in anticipation for my upcoming New Year, Old Cards throwback tournament.

This may be the first chance you get to play Data Leak Reversal in an "almost standard" format.

We don't have Wireless Net Pavilion, Fall Guy, or any of the other cards that made DLR unbearable in the past, and we don't have any exceptionally strong econ denial tools (like vamp and siphon) either. With this in mind, I opted for the (slightly) nuclear option: maximizing the number of mills possible as fast as possible.

Your goal is to get God of War, Data Leak Reversal, and Citadel Sanctuary on the board as soon as possible. Your optional cards are Dummy Box, Emptied Mind (especially if you have access to Guinea Pig), and Beth Kilrain-Chang.

If you see a Dummy Box or PAD Tap along the way, snap install it. Anything that slows the corporation down is good.

Your turn looks a little something like this:

• Take tags from God of War
• Take your gnat trigger
• Take your empty mind trigger, if possible
• Take your beth trigger (if it's a card, then empty mind gives you the click to play it)
• click DLR 4-6 times
• trace the tag away with citadel sanctuary.

It's possible to get some highroll games where you're allowed to click DLR 5-6 turns from turn 3 onward, and it's possible to get games where the pieces don't quite come together. Your biggest issue is if the corporation doesn't buy into your scam, and instead scores agendas behind ICE faster/better than you can mill them. I'm not 100% sure on a good way to build a deck that can tackle both scenarios, so this is what I've got for now.

My assessment? Could be better. I would love to be subjected to DLR again.
