ok so let's address the forest in the room..
idk... play around it. I did twice on the day (Once in a casual after match game and another in a real game) if they draw two then that's pretty screwy yeah but idk.... (i dont think any of the other anti AI stuff is thaaaaat scary atm. maybe hammer is the most annoying. VSA is probably annoying too but we just don't get matched against it right)
this deck is very fun and simple. i don't really feel the need to explain it all too much, if you have alot of tempo you can play around trying to clinically bottom the ashen epilogue and then watch the colour of the corps face drain out when they finally think you're out of cards and then it turns out this is a 24-hour petrol station actually
debbie is the 47th card in the deck. my wife made the list but then i put in debbie so i could claim decklist rights over it. you can cut her or keep her, we both have differing opinions (i like her and she's not crucial so i dont really see the issue keeping her, the deck does not feel that much bigger being 2 over as musilhaT gives so much draw). so if we look REALLY carefully... it's a two person effort.
"but i keep missing on muslihaT!!! I HATE THIS LUCK ID" hello person i made up to have an argument with at the end of my decklist write up, in theory the maths should work out with the list that you have an above average chance of the ID going off (and goes up up up with class act as you take non-hits to hand and pitch stack the hit you drew alongside it to the bottom for later 😋)

This is a simple but powerful deck. I got 4-1 in local event with this deck, beating two Nebula decks and only losing against LEO. The only change I made is switching Debbie with the third Boomerang. My personal feeling about this deck is that it can give very high pressure to the Corp on centrals but also make constant economy at the same time. In the games with Nebula, by keeping running on HQ and R&D with free credits from Cezve and Overclock, the Runner can force them to flip to the front side and prevent them to FA 3/1 or 3/2 with very little price. The only problem I met is Bran: cost 7c to fully break with Matryoshka, or 1 extra click with Boomerang, and with Leo's ETR effect the Corp can not noly make you cost that high price for nothing, but also fail to gain credits from "run if successful" effect, which is very important income for this deck. So I got no idea how to play against Leo. But overall this deck is very fun and simple, and I like it very, very much. |
How often did you use Ashen Epilogue?
