The idea here is to build a shaper quality rig up and then mix an HQ lock, AS recursion, and Emergency shutdown to keep the corp poor as hell through the mid game.

23 Jun 2014 Maximus I think you should reconsider your barrier breaker. Running Morning Star without a way to deal with a Heimdall or Hadrians is just asking for trouble. What are you going to do about a Hadrians on HQ, preventing your Siphon/Shutdown?
