One times good one

This deck started as Do it again, then I realized that leaner agendas make us able to score more quickly, and that getting the Runner through ice once can be enough.

It's okay. It's a little fragile. I would say it just needs a little bit of help in order to be real good, sadly it's unclear that there's that much room for improvement (more Empiricists?). But maybe you're better at this than I am...
