Blue Sun with a surprise kill Condition, Geothermal's allow me to get some nice cash flow when i have mills and if i don't see i can just opt to not use it.

Using OtG in place of where i see Ash would fit partially as it saves influence but also it means i only need to worry about HQ & R&D (maybe Archive too) stick it down your agenda and advance next turn return it and advance the agenda. also am running all 2 pointers as i don't like 3 pointers so OtG works fine for this setup.

NAPD Contract doesn't really play well with Geothermal Fracking and Shinobi.

In my experience, it is totally fine to just throw NAPD Contract in your deck to fill out your agenda points and just never score it. It does a fine job of being annoying for the runner to steal out of your deck/hand and can just be Jackson'd back if you have too many agendas in hand.

@GPWK i find it plays fine as @structuremole says it fills out points and Geo plus Shinobi are under my control as to when i take the bad pub anyway, which is important as mill's is in the deck to get rid of it.

Shinobi i may never even see as its a one off and usually only gets rez'd when its death for the runner so the bad pub is irreverent anyway most of the time.
