NBN: The World is Fast

NBN Fast Advance with all burst economy.

I have been testing this for the past month and it's a blast to play. It intends to outpace the runner's economy early and win before they have the late-game tools to get through its cheap defenses. Draw aggressively and score early, since there are more than enough economy cards to stay defended and score often.

Paper Wall is a new addition, replacing two Pop-Up Windows. I did not find myself needing their drip economy, so a zero-cost ETR Ice is a great replacement.
