...but I did win exclusively via Measured Response flatline.

I've shamelessly stolen the idea for this deck from LGetlander, so I won't go into much detail in this writeup - this is just Octopus Sandpit v7 with -1 Eminent Domain, -1 Hearts and Minds, -1 Lamplighter, +1 Greenmail, +1 Malapert Data Vault, +1 Winchester. Malapert feels like a great addition; the other two changes feel correct but didn't particularly stand out in the games I played.

This deck does actually want to score out, it's just that Measured Response is a really good card and just shooting the runner is usually faster.
