Phật Gioan Baotixita is pretty funny in BANGUN. with no counters, your agendas in remotes Byte!. With one, they're all Obokata Protocol. With two, they're basically death incarnate. Add in Angelique Garza Correa and Anemone and it pretty quickly becomes impossible to steal an agenda without dying, especially if it brings them into Measured Response range. You can dedicate your real remote to Gioan and literally install agendas naked, or just with Angelique/Tucana (to fetch Anemone). It's fun to watch the runner succumb to temptation and get sucker-punched with 8 damage to the face.

yeah. well. that's life. Mahkota Langit Grid helps, at least. Also lets you cheap out on your Anthill Excavation Contracts.

-3x Syailendra +3x Afshar -1x Eminent Domain +1x Greenmail -1x EOTL -2 Anthill +3 KPI I've had some pretty swingy games (one game my opening hand was literally all ICE) but overall it's been good. Afshar feels bad anywhere other than HQ but it says end the run so I'll take it. Wish W had better code gates. Extra Greenmail because I found myself drawing Biawaks more than I wanted. Not sure about KPI vs. Anthill because Anthill feels good if they leave it alone but sometimes it's tough to defend. Still dies to Pinhole, unfortunately. |
1x EOTL has been pretty dead since nobody floats tags. I've been Syailendra's biggest fan in Zwicky but it's not it here. Afshars, I think? KPI would also be nice.
