opus 46 w/ plascrete

Been working on this for the past month or so, doing respectably with it in the stimhack league. I think it's tier 1.5 -- not quite good enough, but no especially terrible matchups either.

Always mulligan for turn 1 opus, or SMC, or test run + stimhack; except against NBN, where you mulligan for astrolabe.

It can beat NBN with early astrolabe and early RDI; beat RP with early parasite recursion to disrupt their econ; and beat blue sun with lady and stimhack.

Yes, 46 cards, and yes, no sure gambles.
