Startup NEH (3-0 Remote Access GNK)

A relatively fast NEH deck, using the extra influence on fast advance and never advance tools. The deck can go very fast, but doesn't need to, and if your opponent has enough money and can trash your assets your options for punishment are far more limited. Seamless Launch-ing a Remastered Edition that was sitting on the table is something people sometimes don't expect you to be able to do, and that makes the rest of the scoring plan far easier.
