Probably Suboptimal PPvP Kate [SSCI Top 8]

I like how you worked in Kati for potential longer term economy if you get Chronos project (which my Kate was 4-times in the SSCI). Modded seems a strange choice as there are only 7 targets (by my count) for it that are >2 credits with Kate discount. Did it sit in your hand lot?

Modded is mostly there to mitigate the tempo hit for installing RDI. So it'll sit in hand until one comes up and then let me install it for free. I draw through the deck pretty quickly, so that's not as bad as it seems. It is pretty crappy on the second pass though the deck though.
