Ablative PE

"Touch and die" is the underlying concept here, like that of a modern tank's ablative armor. They don't simply take the abuse and slough off -- they literally blow up, countering an attack with expulsive force in the other direction and neutralizing the threat.

Hopefully, you weren't standing next to it.

Here's how it works:

• You steal the Obokata, you get a faceful of Punitive Counterstrike.
• You hit the server, and you get to play with Shi.Kyu, hoping it doesn't lead into a Philotic Entanglement.
• That's assuming it isn't a Snare or Project Junebug loaded up by Mushin no Shin.
• Either way, you encountered the Data Loop, so you're going in with a -2 hand size anyhow.
• You don't run, and they're pushing Shipment from Tennins down your throat, and suddenly every run thereafter is through a House of Knives.
