[EMEA Prep] Really Big Hosh

Bridgeman 2590

This deck and more will be discussed in todays stream: https://youtube.com/live/0_M-Z5DVAZA

I was asked a while back about how to read a meta, today I will attempt to answer that question, give insight into tournament preparation, and give thoughts about the continentals season. All straight off the top of the dome!

I'll be answering comments here and on youtube :)

Surely Utae is never the correct option here? Abassey feel like a much better slot (if you're avoiding Buzzsaw)

@Baa Ram Wu I think Utae is actually better, it has better numbers and the downside of breaking once per turn very rarely comes up and can be turned off. It is certainly not great, but just a crutch to get you through the ice you cant boomerang/bankhar or botulus. Im not sure abaasys ability makes up for the higher breaking costs in some scenarios(MIC, Gatekeeper, Valentao, VSA), but perhaps :D

Although as I mention in the video, despite very good jnet results I dont believe in this archetype :D

After writing this comment I did check and found out that Abassey is 2 for 2 to boost - not 1 for 1 which is what I thought it was - and I immediately retract my comment! 😂

Haha, yes if it did that then Utae is certainly strictly worse xD But still there is debate there I suppose, I think the credits end up mattering more than the filtering, but there is synergy in the abaasy ability
