The fine Print Multi-threat Chicago regional 16th place

Like my TWIY list that I played for a long time, I thought I'd venture into offering a dual threat of scorch Pyschographics score out. This deck did not perform well on the day, as more and more people are hip to the 'shop style decks, and less asset spam meant less draw, which meant less combo pieces. My mistake.

I wanted to push the deck further into the score-out region than the kill, and oddly, got more kills this time than in Michigan. The FA options typically allow for by-pass of clot, and a big psycho can win you the game outright, and coming from a kill deck is a big surprise.

Overall I just lost or won too fast to ever do the psycho score, so I'm not sure how the components work together, but DBS was huge as it was in the Madison regional, I can see going to 3 and going full pad + melange.

On the day the deck went 4-3 losing to Andy with RDI, in 10 minutes, PPVP kate who just kept the money up hard and got good runs, and I think Leela getting good accesses.

The influence spread is solid, and I like the ice spread. The lack of asset econ is because if the plan is to get a big midseasons, trickle econ is not where it's at. I was very high in cash all day, but the lack of NEH draw that the assets provided kept me off midseasons. I don't know how to rectify this, but I'm abandoning this archetype for the near future. I believe the ice and influence are very strong to support a scorch option-psycho.
