Excuse the pun!

This is a simple abuse of IT Department, plus Executive Boot Camp and Foundry synergy.

You have mostly cheap ICE that you can rez with boot camp with low cost investment, and thanks to foundry you keep rolling more and more ice. You can capitalize on it with Peak Efficiency, at 4 ice rezzed it's an Easy Mark, at 5, Hedge fund and it only gets better from there.

The strategy is really simple, ICE up a bit, get ITD and start stalling. You might want to go for more 5/3 agendas to give you more time. Vitruvius is really not that needed, you might want to exchange it for a couple of 5/3s or get more Efficienty Committees in - those are 3 free ITD clicks! Also, most of the time, you want your topmost ICE to be punishing, so roto, or architect on top, or the runner can starve your ITD counters easily.

Weaknesses: D4v1d + E3 (Quetzal mostly). This kills ITD. Milling cards (Noise) - you can recur some cards with Architect, plus jackson, but if they get rolling from the start, it's hard to keep up and you have to start scoring ASAP, ideally Hades. Parasite Recursion - most of your ICE is 0/1 str, you have lots of ICE, but during one turn they can clear a few and then ruin your day with multiaccess.
