To Q-loop Mulch or not to Q-loop Mulch.

Sadly, my games at Singapoore nats indicated that the answer might be to not q-loop. 3 out of 3 games where I saw it, it was off a gachapon with 15- cards left in stack and it always felt like that late it never would have an effect and I should rfg it, which is a pretty bad feeling for a 3 influence card (I didnt rfg it twice out of 3, but then never saw the card anyway)

The card probably looks better if you draw it early, but hopes are low.
