KingdomCon Joseki Draft - Fast Biotech

This is a Joseki cube draft deck I made at Kingdom Con in San Diego. You draft the whole card pool as 3-ofs (if you get a card, no one else does, & you can play 1-per-deck cards as 3-ofs). You draft IDs but don't obey influence limitations.

The second half of the draft for this deck went in a completely different direction than the first. I had drafted PU, Skorpios, and Biotech as options, and had started off drafting a lot of net damage cards in round 1. At the end of R1, I also got passed Salems, Hatchet Job, and Kala Ghoda Real TV, so then I considered a Skorpios deck.

2P1P was a choice between Philotic and Beale. Went Philotic, still thinking of a net damage focus, and then subsequently was passed Atlas, Vitruvius, and Resequencing, which basically set the focus of the deck (and made me regret passing on the Beale). Went in Biotech (4 advancement) mode, figuring a never-advanced Vitruvius or Atlas with a counter for a turn seemed good. Trick of Light was the only FA tool I saw in the second half, so I had to draft some advanceable ice to go with it.

The deck did relatively well, winning against Null and Hayley but losing to an Adam deck with ABR (none of my ice has more than a single EtR sub) and to a Omar deck that got a ridiculous rig up before I could score out. Still, turns out Genetic Resequencing is pretty good when there are actually good agendas to use it on!
