I played this in a recent startup tournament after pretty good success in Jnet casuals. But it kind of fell over in tournament play.

The problem with R+, you get money if you tag them, but if they aren't running your tagging ice then you don't really get consistent income. In order for this deck to work it would just need to have more income, and a better plan for what happens if they don't run. I think you can get more value from other identities.
