This Startup deck is created with two things in mind : be rich enough to use big ices and strike back at the runner when they score.

Mulligan plan : Maximum one agenda in hand.

Game plan : score behind big ices or flatline the runner.

All our agendas are 3 pointers. Any agenda stole can result in a flatline with Punitive Counterstrike. With 15 transactions, this list is really rich.

If this was a list in Standard, I would probably take City Works Project and IP Block. Possibly, I would also replace Pharos by Blockchain.
